That happened to me once. I had to PM the other person about it, only to have it cancelled. The only thing I can think of why that happens is that they've gotten many and looked over it, though you'd think they would eventually notice it.

I've been guilty of this before though...only because when people piss me off when trading I feel the need to return the favor.

I've had a ton of trades end like that. I PM them and say, "Hey, I sent you a trade two weeks ago... no response...." And the next thing I notice, a big fat cancel on a perfectly fair offer that had been haggled to death two weeks prior...

The thing is, most of those were offered by the other person. I'd get a PM stating they have what I need, and they're willing to trade it for what I offer. I set up the trade if it's in a locked group, send it... and argh. >.<

And they're people that are on as often as I am. If they're on when I PM them (And I usually wait until they are), they'll turn around and cancel it like a fragging brat who wanted me to offer a zebra or something out of appreciation, it seems. Psh....

Mine was cancelled with just a "No thanks" If the trade was unfair, I'll never know. Which bugs me. :< I really like to know if I'm making fair offers, especially when going after pets from months ago. (Geeez. I gotta say last year now. xD)
