Actually I'd say unfair for the galaxy. The pink balloon and blue balloon are very common augusts.

If I take off the cat advent and '09 uncommons and add the green toxic (green toxic + pink balloon), would that be fair? If that's still unfair to the galaxy, would adding either the red-fronted holly advent or the cat advent back be even?
