Unfair to them. The Christmas tree is worth about a rare front his year because of date. So I'd recommend adding a 14 uncommon to your side.

The Christmas tree is worth a normal 2012 uncommon. However, still unfair to them, as your 08 dog was available for extended release so it's only worth a late 09 rare.
