What if they’re a monthly rare? (Doubt it but who knows) I remember there was a poll/discussion after the rarity update about introducing a monthly rare and I don’t know if it was ever voted by majority to add it.

I assume it wasn't since they didn't make any kind of announcement? Plus most people, as far as I can tell, aren't too fond of the idea. Though maybe those in favor of it just aren't as involved in the forums/vocal about the subject

{ oh no, I very much doubt they're rare-- I've gotten quite a few of them! compared to last month and the garlic PPS, I have fewer overall gummy rats but more chocolate covered rats. they're probably just uncommon or very uncommon! ♡
{ they did announce they plan to do rares a couple times a year, though I can't for the life of me find the topic / announcement now ?? but they will happen a few times :0c ♡
