Very unfair to you, Any '09 rare within 3 months is fair for the Shima, But demand makes it go for more. I'm not sure what it's worth demand wise.

i need a little help with this trade:

I do know, that store pet sets have a higher value than single ones (at least I often read that people prefer set pets all together than single), but I do not really know if this is fair.
in my opinion, the trader wants too much from my side, but I do not exactly know how much he/she wants too much (does this even make senset?)
I think the 09 VR rat is more than enough, but on the other hand it looks not enough.
