Can you make then yourself, or do other people make them for you?

And if so, how do you put the bar under the 'fake pet'

Anyone can make em.

And I just find a pet that has a "clean" bar [nothing under it like feet/paws.], I screenshot it and slap it over my drawings of pets, and etc, and it's done, really.

Anyone can make them. You can make one yourself or have someone make you one, I suppose. :3
I'm assuming you crop a picture so you have the CS bar, then make it slightly transparent over top of the fake pet... I'm not entirely sure. That's how I'd do it.

I got a trade asking for two of my rares.
They tell me to see if there is anything I like.
But the ONLY group unlocked is filled with commons and uncommons.

I said
"Do I look like an idiot? Commons aren't worth rares!"
Or something like that.
And they said

ok i get the whole rares for rares but did yu read my rules i sad that you could message me if you didne tlike any int he trades and to be nice when messaging me
