The shock wig is in the store avaiable for 5 c$, and the pinpoint plush is from Halloween 2013
valuing it at something between an uncommon and an ex uncommon I'd say that's fairish, if not overpay on their side
it depends on how you value older (ex) uncommons.

2023/2024 pets are valued as 1 old rare according to Horror's list, so three of the store pets they want would be fair enough
the 2010 very rare isn't on any list so it's just a regular very rare
