I personally think everything can be traded fairly, it just takes time and patience, that counts for every single pet out there.
I have to agree
I think what makes the pet that are in demand have them and is the lack of numbers in circulation
I see more rose dogs then BMD, and more dark leopards then BA. and more Sunjewels then ur tigers
I really have to believe that their value with demand is purely because the numbers in circulation you see more of every other 5 tier advent then the raven
I'd love if someone could test this.. To pick a random rare, and use everything they have to get as many of this one rare as possible, so that there are so much less in circulation that demand has to go up?
I remember how easy it was to get BA's and jokers back in 2009/2010. I even got a BA as a gift! But I remember someone (I think Kyoshi or someone in the WDC?
Well missed :C ) hoarding 16...18...20 jokers and then bam.. demand went crazy. Same happened with the BA's.. cannot remember who but they were mass hoarded and all of a sudden everyone wanted one because they could get a sunback for 10 BA's or something like that..
But maaybe it's just 'cause they bootyful and I'm überthinking. Dx

I believe it was already tested once C: With the red-eyed project, if i remember well? They aimed to take as many out of circulation as possible and demand did indeed spike up for them.
If that was due to the fact that they were paying very well for just a bunch of them or due to there being less around - we probably will never know xD

I REMEMBER THAT xD
If only we could find that one player and ask if they were overpaying..
There was someone hoarding coontails too? But they were overpaying.. I was offered a moonswirl for my last coontail and I turned it down being the n00b I was... 8B
Someone should try it with very commons..alot of effort but would be interesting to see if someone would eventually trade a rare for one x3
Dwarf...you have 127 red eyes =.= It was you p:

It kinda happen with the Squirrel Rats. Myself and a few other people wanted them, maybe like 5 all together. So it ended up being whos going to pay more for them, people eventually were expecting rares for them because they had 'demand' and then other people join in to trade a bunch for rares themselves. It wasn't even a lot of people that wanted them or were trading them. But these very commons got a bit nuts for a while, then the month was over and they went back to being normal.
I wouldn't mind doing it with a common/uncommon pet. Something like a rat or horse, since they have such low demand, and see what happens.
The whole 'demand' thing getting thrown around here just irks me so bad and makes it hard to trade ANYTHING that's not one everyones WL and people pay insane for. Demand basicly has come to mean you mush overpay for it and if people aren't overpaying, they underpay because it has no demand. Even people that want half the high list pets aren't willing to trade up fairly because 'they have no demand'.

I actually started one with OMGSCs a while back, I have 192 and I'm aiming for 2,000 (I'll probably increase the goal though). Although I also plan to delete them when I've reached my goal to see if 2,000+ suddenly gone is enough to affect the rarity, and I can understand people not wanting to trade into that.
