I know the PPS dragon cat can go for a low/mid advent, which is why I'm asking.

and, even though they share the same tier, I'm pretty sure the Purple Sleipnir has more demand than the Spiderwing BW. This being the case, what would I need to add as far as non-list rares go to fill that demand gap?

The PPS Dragon Cat has good demand, and though it is worth a low-mid advent, I often see it only go for mid advents rather than low tiers however it’s completely user based, and I have personally got one for a 2nd tier Tess horse.

The purple sleipnir has high demand and I often see it go for low September’s and higher. You would need to add a few mid advents and maybe more depending on the owner. (This is from personal experience)

I believe this is fair demand wise, but I know the Joker has lost demand, and I haven't exactly been following it.

The UR Zonkey usually goes for about 1.5-2 nons. The Joker has been going for 1-1.5. I personally traded mine for a Joker and true date BMD. If you value the Joker at 1.5 nons it’s fairbut if you value it any lower I’d stick with the Zonkey

it was unfair to you. The toxic is worth a line tribal less than two sorbets, while the gwj is worth 2 sorbets + a ur apple. It was overpay on your side by 44 mid advents (a green toxic)

It’s unfair to you, they’re offering about 28 mid advents - for a better idea of what your pet is worth, a sorbet is worth roughly 80 mid advents.
