This is false information. The rarity is overpay on the side of the Roadkill PPS. Demand might be unfair but I'm not sure.
The Roadkill PPS is a tier down from the Yellow Punk Dog. This means there is an '09 uncommon difference between the two. They're overpaying.

agreed. rarity is correct with the answer above mine, but demand, I'd say it's either slight overpay to the Roadkill PPS or fair.

They're saying that commons and very commons aren't worth that much in C$. They can usually go for 1 C$ for 2 commons. So the C$ side is overpaying, at least in my mind. C$ prices are tricky.
