A non dog is a non-coon, nonjewel, nonswirl, nontag, etc. Not sure about the nonjewel, but quite sure about the others. ^^ All on the main list.

The nonjewel is a non dog but it's considered a "high" non dog. That is - when people say you should "add a non" they mean the noncoon, nontag, or nonswirl. The nonjewel is worth a little bit more - not a lot - but enough that it's listed on a separate line which puts it a bit outside of that group. :)
