I know orchird spring's staff pet...it grew on day 7 only two pups grew and one is atwood's

That is actually incorrect... Orchid Sprig said it was Day 7 and there pup has already grown. Meaning, Orchid's pup has grown at Day 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7.

I think it might be one of these three, but I'm leaning toward the plant pup.

We can see that the dog has a line edit on it's muzzle. It's not very noticeable but it's a line edit.

2. "My pup shares something subtle in common with some of the other pets I've done."

All the Dogs Calico did were bobtails. This pup is a bobtail too! (and i can spy something like swirls on the frontlegs)

3. "My pup's paws use the original lines. Not making any promise about the adult, though!"

This pup has normal paws. But maybe the adult one will change in something like hoves. Because of the white on his paw. ( |D Do you understand me?)

Her art style matches it. ^-^


For example, the tail floof is similar to the '13 store pets she did last year.
I could be wrong, though.
But personally I think it's Saikiyo's pup. c:

Honestly, when I look at the fluff lineart on the tail, I think it looks nothing like those store pets.
The fluff here has pretty sharp tips and the lines are a bit thicker/bolder.

And here, the fluff is a bit rounder on the edges and the lines are thinner.

Also, from what I've seen of Saikiyo's designs, they're usually smoother, more blurry/fuzzy (though there are some exceptions) and this staff pup just looks a bit too sharp.

I think Saikiyo's pup might not have grown yet, actually. While that one kinda looks like it matches the hints, I don't really think those are "crimped" ears. They are not actually folded or bent, they just lean backwards.

Hyrule might be on to something actually I even said in earlier about Saikiyo. Their hint even matches up to that pup.

The hints might match it (though I'm not sure about crimped ears there) but the style doesn't. Unless Saikiyo went for a completely different style, I don't think this pup is theirs. :\

I'm kinda imagining that Liddi's pup will be a PPS with really large ears. Maybe even a fairly large fluffy tail? I dunno, still leaning toward's this pup myself.

You could be right.
However, in the course of a year, one can definitely improve their art style. c:

sorren fey isn't doing staff pets this year guys ^.^
and the cocoon staff pet from 2012 doesn't look like this years spider staff pup, the only similarity is that they are both white, and this years staff pup is translusent were as the cocoon staff pet from 2012 is solid white.
