The first trade is unfair i think... that ghost cat is an advent list pet and its got a low demand... But im not too sure because its 1st tier of the advent list. Get a second opinion, but personlly, i would not accept.

I would edit the trade and take out one of the rares, to be fair to the other person unless they want to overpay.

The first one is fair. If anything, it's slightly unfair to them. Your Ghost Cat is on the 1st tier of the Advent List, which means it's worth 3 '09 rares, which they added. They also added an '08 rare, making their offer a little bit of overpay. If you like the pets, I'd accept.

The second one is unfair to you, rarity and demand-wise. Their Sunjewel Bun and Striped Pink September don't add up to equal your pet, and the rares and un/commons they added don't fill the gap.
