I was at work on December 18th, and remembered that it was the special release adopt day. I hadn't played CS super actively at the time, as I had a lot going on with work and school, and I had just gotten accepted into an internship starting in January on the other side of the country. I pretty much logged in once every week or two but that was it. So while I had a second, I signed on, and adopted like usual. I remember my absolute shock at seeing a little strawberry. After that, I made sure to log in every day (or every other day) to watch it grow and turn into this gem <3 I like to think it was the universe's sign telling me that things were gonna be okay and get better, since I had a lot of personal issues going on at the time as well and was super nervous about the internship, especially since my job said they couldn't promise they'd have my position open for me to come back to after the 6 month internship ended. I have treasured my little strawberry shortcake since then and will never trade her away because of all she symbolizes for me <3

Not the most impressive pet(s) here but I would have to say the fairy fennec PPS as my most sentimental valued pet (outside of real life pets of course). I got the little cutie as a "Surprise me" auto for the July PPS Popsicle lion. "Jaw drop" is an understatement as these guys were a high priority dreamie set of mine since I absolutely adore foxes.

Most valued pet I would have to say -that I have currently- is my Hyena Bun that I got from the pound, not really an exciting story nor the most valuable pet mentioned here, but an honorable mention since I am still learning about rarities and working to get 8 MA's worth for the 2013 store kitsune set :>

My most valuable pet that's not for trade right now is probably my UR Bee. I got her on my first Dec 18th back after a 9 year hiatus.

I traded it away (and really regret it, because looking back, that trade wasn't super fair to me) but I got a true date CEG from a quitting player. It had only four numbers in its pet ID
I also got the UR peas by random chance in 2017, but I gave that one away when I temporarily quit, cause I didn't think I was gonna come back lol
