How Do You Organize Your Pets?

I usually do it by rarity. lists, store pets and high demand pets go in one group, rares/vrs go into one group, and all of my uncommons and below + unknown rarities go into one group. however ive just made another group for rares that im trading for tokens. I like to keep it super simple. my dreamies also go into their own locked group

ooh, this might kinda long haha!

- - - so, I’m very specific and want to know where my pets are. I like to organize so this is fun for me. anyways, I have my pets divided into three sections with various groups in those particular sections.

- - - first, it’s just pets I have doubles of that aren’t that hard to trade for which is under the section ‘trading.’ I have a group for the doubles uncommon and below and then for the doubles rares and up.

- - - next, is pets I have sorted into all of the years which is under the section ‘sorting.’ I like to know what year they are all from. these pets are for trade, but not as easily. in that same section, there is a group for store pets and high value pets.

- - - last section is ‘showcase’ which are all locked groups of some of my absolute favorite pets on cs. there are 44 groups with all specific sets of pets that I’m trying to collect. they all have fun names for each group, which is fine, cause they are locked. nobody has to worry what pets are in each one haha. it’s just for me.

I guess it wasn’t as long as I thought, oh well!

Generally I organize my pets by year but in some cases

Ive got a nursery for growing pets to see extras

Ive got a group of personal favorites ofc

Ive got a group dedicated to ravens

Ive got a trade group

Ive got a store pet group

Ive got groups for specific events that ive gotten quite a bit of

Ive got one staff pet group too

And I have a group specifically for Nick pets because they make me happy

In the most simple way possible. I may try to organize my species and/or year+month one day.

The pets that are most special to me go in unsorted
I have a trades tab
I have a growing tab
and i have my keepers tab.

If i do sort them better it will be for my own sanity.

I need to slim down my personal and staff groups... Those 2 alone are 2/3 my scrolling-
Other then that, I organize by what I use often, since I dont want to scroll 3 miles to find 1 group if that makes sense

i have a growing group, an event group, a favourites group and the group that everything else goes in
edit: i forgot about the group full of fluffy bats i have too

a few years ago when i played regularly i thought i had a pretty organized system down: a category for each species and that was it. but then i made a doubles category that i dunno if i wanna keep, and then realized that i definitely have favorites i wanna separate, and now im rethinking the whole "separate by species" thing. so how do all yall do it?

I usually sort them by rarity, hoards, staff pets, and favourites! ^^

man i just got on here after years of disappearing but i think the system i have is still fine, i just date by year and rarity and then have a couple special categories on top of that. like 2021 commons and below, 2021 uncommons, and 2021 rares and above. keeps it really simple but still pretty organized, and then i have a store pets category and the nursery for when im waiting for pets to grow, i dont have a favorites but i may add one
