Because of the white pets i'm guessing that it wont be a doberman, but who knows most of the adults probably wont look exactly like the pup. I would love for it to be a bully breed like an amstaff or a pitty

Aww, omg. When I first saw this pup I only glanced at it and thought it would be a rottweiler. I love Rottweilers. I had a german rottweiler when I was growing up, and she was the sweetest ever.


Can't believe I missed the white. Still would be cute though.


Also I LOVE the new store pets. I'll admit I was kind of questioning them at first but just a few seconds after seeing them I NEED them.


This one caught my eye first. They all look great though. Love the colors.

Yeah the blanket gives me doubts of it being pure doberman colors litter. Would be cool to have a dedicated dobbie litter. This brings to mind..

anybody else have a dilemma as to whether to adopt August pets in the middle of the summer vacation event?
or whether to wait til the event ends?

i'm sure i'm not the only one who puts their permapets all in one folder (in fact, mine is called Parade of Perma-Pets, heh). i dont want to see the event pets interrupted by august pets. but if i wait to adopt, it gets hard to make trades for missing monthly outcomes... my recollection is that last eyar's event was mainly over by the time august rolled around (no more new pets being released at that point..)

adopted really late this time - we were online only a couple hours after these new lads rolled out, but only just remembered to adopt some because we got too distracted by the summer event... [presses F to pay respects]
excited about the equines, though! we havent seen that lineart before - is it the zebra lineart, or an alternative horse?
(also, LOVING those new store pets! they're strange, but so pretty!)

I am Super Duper H Y P E D for the lillian nightshade zebras.

I have contemplated going for all of lillian nightshades pets because such a great artist! Ahhhh. Will probably be hoarding the babs.

I've never bought store pets before, but it's super tempting with this litter. They remind me of Quetzacoatl a bit, all snakey and feathery, but the colors are a real selling point too. A+ all around.

Very hyped for the zebras, we haven't had zebra monthlies in a /hot/ minute. They look almost woodgrained to me.

Kitties are maybe a bit bright for my tastes this month, but I'm sure they'll grow up lovely.

Very TBT with the ratty couple. Nice to see they're still so in love after all these years ^_^

A brightly colored cactus series of pups would be wonderful, I'm keeping a close eye on them. The black and tans and also very promising, especially if they stay more natural in design. So many great breeds they could represent at this stage.

Not much to say about the chickens just yet, but I'm digging the neutrals so far.

The deer are really pretty so far, I missed the PPS markers when I adopted, so I still need to count those.

BWolves look absolutely precious so far, I'm excited to watch them grow.
