Sorry, guys, but it's been decided to skip an elaborate april fool's prank this year.
There were concerns that having the easter event going on and putting a prank on top of it would become confusing and frustrating to new players, for many of whom this will be the first hunt event.
April Fool's, as fun as it is, always gets super chaotic, so it was ultimately decided that the pranks would be dropped in favor of not making the event more difficult to follow.

Ah, okay.
I'm fine with that.

By the way, WHOSE idea were these blender pets.
I want to kiss them.
They're so so so pretty!

The blender pets were mine ^^ This is the 4th year I've made them, it's become a bit of a personal tradition, lol. I'm really happy so many people like them!

Any chance the April fools can appear after easter is over? Who says April 1st has to be prank day? A few have done April pranks as early as March 31st, or as late as April 30! Also April pets can also be "hidden" in plain sight via the monthly adopts! Its ok if we don't have it this year though. I understand the reasoning.

Totoro took over the site and turned everything greyscale, and there was a big war over whether we wanted to bring color back or stay gray. It was a lot of fun, but unfortunately the grey background also gave some people headaches, which I think influenced the decision not to have a big event this year.
