Yes the rat is a tier 5 on the mine list your horse is tier 4 on the mainlist.

Demand is basically how many people are looking for those items. The items don't have any demand because there's not many people looking for those items. Since the items don't have demand, the bunny is probably equal in worth to the items.

I personally value the items at a 2016 common each so 7 items would equal 7 2016 commons or 3.5 2016 uncommons so yes I believe this is fair
