For all of this I would get the PPS advent elf and one of the lion cubs (not sure of the name for it but it has the reddish October 08 markings).

I have no way of judging whether or not this is fair or if they are asking for too much so any help would be appreciated, thanks.

A green Malk dragon? Those were common so I'd say no. Unless you meant something different.

Javin, I think they're asking too much - the Elf PPS doesn't seem all that uncommon, and the lions will almost certainly be released again later, and they're asking for about 30 C$ worth of items, plus the dog and plushie (which might be limited and is currently uncommon).

Rockpup, the green dragon was pretty common, so you could probably get a much better offer for the Advent.

Thanks! I thought so too, but am a bit hopeless with the value of items. Plus they are assuming that I have the funds to buy them things (which I thought was a bit of a cheek). I will look for other trades.
