I believe it's maybe unfair to them, my knowledge of rares got a bit rusty, but I think a hollyfox cat was worth 4-5 09 rares if I remember correctly?
I have a hollyfox cat and a brown Santa hat, but due to demand holly foxes are wanted more :3

They're offering just a hair over 6 09 rares.
It's fair, although you could probably get another 09 rare.

Unfair to the top, your dog item is worth an early 09 rare/very rare.
Just the African Wild Dog on top would be fair.
However, I think these older items have pretty good demand
so some people may be willing to overpay. :)
