I'd say yes if you're getting the Elf PPS.

Right now, it seems fair. However, the Elf PPS will probably never be released again, and there's only about enough of them for each person to have one. The lions will be released at least one more time, possibly even two or three more times (depending on how many we can adopt with each release), so they'll be more common later in the month than they are right now. So I guess it really just depends on which side you're on, and whether or not you think the lions will end up being more common than the Elf PPS in the future.
