Unfair to you. A tier 1 advent is only worth 3-4 '09 rares.
The 2008 rare isn't needed on your side.

Unfair to the top going by rarity.
The 2013 store pet is only worth an early 2009 rare.
Their horse is worth 4-5 '09 rares as it's a tier 2 advent.

First trade: your side is worth little more than 2 rares '09 and the blue snowflake scarf dog is worth 3-4 rares '09, so you should add at least one rare '09.
Second trade: the grinner is worth 13-17 rares '09 and your side is worth less than 3, so you need to add about a high advent + rare '09 or 11 rares '09.
