Hoard Discussions Thread v.7!

Anyone else weed out hoards (or potential ones) you don't like anymore by watching which pets on your WL (or personal list for those who don't use their WL to track them) you're not actually trying to trade for?

I find that if I've had a hoard or potential hoard pet on my list for a while and I just refuse to trade for them, then I likely don't truly want to hoard that pet. Hopefully this makes sense (haven't been sleeping well lately).

In other news, the Easter pets this year are so cute...I'm definitely hoarding these sheep outcomes:

Might also do the brown and the pink outcomes too in a separate hoard? Not sure yet.

Also considering this basket kitten as it reminds me of my first cat (RIP):

I do like the white outcome as well but idk if it's hoard worthy for me yet.

I do this!! However, a bit unsuccessfully Haha.
I can recognize I might not actually want to hoard an outcome, but it does take a lot for me to remove a hoard even
if I'm not trading for it. So, I guess this helps me understand what I'm prioritizing. Since I have so many active ones
and not a lot of "tradeable" fodder I can shuffle the ones I'm not trading for into "low priority" and drop them later
if I'm still not getting any new copies.

I am back again and I feel like I miiiight be hoarding these hammies and this sheep ;-; not that I need any more hoards though.
Might have to *actually* purge my active ones this time round before the next hiatus.

My first hoard was completely accidental. I kept doing swaps for it until eventually I decided on a goal of 10. I haven't been actively trading for them, but I finished the goal yesterday :)

I'm thinking about doing one for each of my favorite sodas...

I ended up using my tokens to trade in a bunch of times and litterswapped until I had 10. Im kinda unhappy with how they sit in the group on desktop, but I'm primarily mobile anyway

I was gifted a hoard by an extremely kind user after i mentioned I was a big fan of these pets and had a special group for them. I haven't added to it because Im unsure what number to aim for haha
I'm considering doing a complementary item hoard for this plushie from 2022 Halloween to dress them up with

Technically yes, but I've gone through so many hoard fails, that I don't need to do this anymore.
I've also started the same mini hoard three times... started it, abandoned it, started it, abandoned it - forgot that I did that and then started it again. Gave the hoard an appropriate group name now so that I won't do it again. OTL

The problem I apparently have with naming my hoards whatever pops into my head is I recently discovered I already (unknowingly) had a Grim Grinning Ghosts group before starting to collect the recent Halloween pps dog. it definitely fits the pups more than the rabbits that used to hold the name but I haven't really found a replacement title that hits the same notes, ya feel? :<

I'm a big fan of both, though I'm partial to the second (modern?) bunny in particular. ^^

I know the feeling though, there's like four bunnies already I'm itching to collect and I cannot afford to buy them all. I can't even afford to buy *one* of each outcome right now with my paltry amount of tokens, hoarding is so far down the list right now of what I can do xp
