Bid 1: Unfair to the Tribal and Peach, the Peach isn't a list yet, but seems to go for around a Sorbet to a Non (though around a purple toxic tier or so seems more common). The Tribal is just below the gap. Demand wise: I'm unsure, I know Tribals are difficult to trade away, even with reasonable underpay, and fruit URs always tend to go down demand wise when people no longer want them (see UR Apple, Pickle, Pinapple etc).
Bid 2: Unfair to the quantity side, theirs adds to about a 1st tier September. Demand wise: nick dogs are a bit difficult to trade away, the vr's tend to go for rares and so forth, though demand for the mini husky has gone up lately to around a mid advent or so.
Bid 3: Unfair to the quantity side by 1 09 rare (their side adds to a tier 8, the raven is a 7th tier). Demand wise: buns are difficult to trade, even list ones, people often want underpay or don't want to trade them up regardless if overpay.
Bid 4: Definitely unfair to the quantity side, their side adds to roughly a Cake Dog/Purple Bat tier or so. Demand wise: both the target dog and blood dog have average demand, trading them up or down is easy enough, however horses are difficult to trade, though I believe the rainbow drafts have good enough demand.
Bid 5: Unfair to the Sorbet. The speckled husky is a fair enough swap. Demand wise: the sorbet and speckled husky both have good demand, sorbets are generally easy to trade up or down and 7th tier advents generally have good demand.
Bid 6: The C$ adds to a 7th tier and the rares add to around a mid advent or so. Demand wise: The Aussies have good demand however C$ is difficult to trade for a list, you'd have a better chance trading it for a few regular rares and then try to trade onto the list.
Bid 7: Unfair to the Raven, their side only adds to a low advent. Demand wise: the pps august can get you about a mid/high advent and the lioness around a mid advent. The sleipner has demand, but only at around a 7th tier since it's not a store pet.

Edit: it really depends on what you want for your raven.

The website you used won't load for me but-
A 2009 rare is worth 16 2013 rares. Realistically, you probably won't get that much. I STRONGLY suggest you not to trade down a 2009 rare for some 2013 rares.

I edited it and as it is now, there's 2x2016, 5x2013, 1x2010 and 1x2012 rares on their side, the 09 rare on my side. Would that even it out/have I added too much to their side?

I would 100% take it! The tiger is worth more than the sunbacks alone, and the Cerberus and BMD have great demand.

Their side=2010+2011+2012+2013+2015 rare
A 2009 rare is worth two 2010 rares/four 2011 rares
So they'd have to add a 2015 rare+2014 rare (check my math ><)
