I just read a National Geographic article about the drought in New South Wales, and I decided to represent that in Chickensmoothie Pet Form. It's an old article-wikipedia tells me it is better now, but anyways, here is...

The medicine is what the dams and other things they've tried to fix it, the baby bird/snake/butterfly are the native species, the dead fish is the...dead fish, the Adelaide plushie is the city of Adelaide, the cupcake is the angry farmer,the tomato the shocked farmer, the lime juice and orange are the crops they never should have been growing there in the first place, and the grass too-lush gardens.
And that little vial of water he's hidden, that's the amount of water that makes it to the sea, an incredibly valuable commodity.
