Ohhh I can now see that the connection to both the lightning bolt and the sun has been correctly guessed~

Happy to hear that, now we just have to work out what in my post referring to those are the correct ones xDDD

Will start with Norse Myth, the process of elimination shall begin
The Dog item really loses me though, could be the base colour of your pet, Something to do with gold or retrienving gold, the flopped ears, sitting pose..

Odin

Lighting - Son is Thor
Sun - Son is Baldr
Leaves - Hanging himself from the world tree / the Mistletoe that killed Baldr
Broken Hearts - The loss of Baldr who all loved and wept for (besides Loki) / Baldr's wife died from grief of his death

Baldr

Sun - Baldr is light
Lightning - Brother is Thor
Leaves - Killed by a mistletoe
Broken Hearts - His wife died from grief after his death

Has anyone noticed that all the pets in Pluma's sig are named after Greek gods/goddesses? I thought I had seen the names and when I searched them up, surprise, suprise, they are all Greek gods and goddesses. I'm going to look into it closer later and try and see if any of Pluma's items are connected to the gods/godesses.

On a similar note, I noticed that the pet in the middle of the top row was not linked to. I flipped through her pets and found that the pet is names Frey, who, upon a quick Google search, appears to be a Norse god. Not sure if this is intentional, but I found it interesting that this pet was singled out in a subtle way.

Ooh, that's interesting... off the top of my head I know that
-Frey was connected with warmth/the sun/fertility (sun)
-He exchanged his prized sword for love of a beautiful giant (broken hearts?)

this the one with the sun clues? /is lazy and doesn't follow anything, but gets snippets of info here and there/. Feryr (aka Frey) was associated with "sunshine and fair weather" according the wiki. lol

Well I have to go but this is what I found related to the items. Each pet (name) is linked to an item in my opinion. So here's what I've got:
Sun- Frey/Freyr maybe???
Lightning- tyr
Autumn leaves- Gaea/Gaia maybe???
Golden retriever-
Broken hearts- hestia

^there are six God/goddesses named but only five items. I think there are still some items missing.

I originally thought the fire pup might be Schuyler's, but now I've changed my mind ... the new owl pup certainly seems like theirs (I apologize if anyone's already mentioned this lol).



Some of Schuyler's clues:

-"Pretty bird"
-"Fun fact 'bout Schuyler: I have to say the reds and orange were probably my favorite colors in the palette this year. They remind me of fire! "
-"... No comment ..." (In response to "so we can safely say we might not see a ton of green in your pup "

No I'm sticking withe Bernouli until proven otherwise XD. Like I posted before, for the owl. And literally only because it doesn't have any tail, which is like 3/4 of their others (the genie one with the wispy tail, it has no regular dog tail).

I have not been following hints at all, I know not what was claimed or not claimed.

That was a lot faster than I'd expected, I'm so proud ;v; 745 and 107073 are my account numbers, I threw 745 in there to try and lead you to looking for my personal IDs instead of those of pets and forums. 107073 is also the ID of the dragon you found hints on. I'll also confirm that "I don't eat, but I have light meals through the day," is the correct translation of my random letters ^^ I think you guys deserve cookies, I'll get to baking.

Aaand, that is my last item, so Eitan's gotten all of his belongings back, at long last :3

Oh my gosh - cookies, the highest honour! I'm so glad we figured it all out, yay~ Now if only we could link it to a pup and get a confirmation.. Imagine how good that would feel!

Well that's a shame! Although I suppose it's good to know haha, so we can rearrange those words in better ways.

Speaking of rearranging words: If I'm not mistaken, the sentence Schuyler wanted us to unscramble goes as follows.

I stand out from the rest of my litter in a way that might not be obvious from my pup stage

So that's something! Now to figure out what it means...

Sorry I wasn't on to confirm this earlier, but yes, that is the correct unscrambled sentence and you have reached the end of that puzzle. Great job, everyone! ^^

I will write that conclusion post I promised you in a little bit. But all my hints have been revealed, so you're welcome to start coming up with your theories now. Be aware, however, that there may be a couple red herrings nestled in among the hints you have found!

I'm so glad we did good! That conclusion post was very helpful by the way, I'll take another close look at your various hints later and possibly come up with some guesses. For now though I'm prety damn pleased that we got this far haha.

And honestly even though I did find the relatives tab and read every name and description, I completely missed the wandering sun staring me in the face until I highlighted the hidden text haha. Silly me.
