I think a few months ago. And yeah, the green bat dog was hard to get. x_x It still is, but I guess you just have to know where to look. 8U

I remember that guy being uncommon though o_O;
(Did it change from very rare to (rare to) uncommon and back to rare?)

I don't think so... I'm pretty sure that it's been rare for awhile and turned VR only a few months ago... o3o; I don't have the best memory, but I do remember there was a small mentioning of it because someone though it went DOWN (when they were thinking of the Easter guinae pig with the hat).

i searched narwhal and found that it went from uncommon-rare in november but i couldnt find anything about VR
