Little meteor baby grew up! With Space denying this outcome I’m going to say my next best guess is probably Kazin? I think the styles match pretty cleanly

i did see it was the same lineart but he said he didn't use every color in the pallet so i figured maybe someone else used it to throw us off

You are correct, there should be three outcomes left. 28 have grown and according to the front page and the adopt page, there are 31 artists. There seems to be some confusion over whether Dia. is an artist this year or not, on the front page and the adopt page there lists 31 artists not including Dia. but Dia. is listed as on artist on the first post of this thread and the outcomes thread says there’s 4 outcomes left so idk.
So if Dia. is an artist this year there’s 4 outcomes left but if not there’s 3 outcomes left.
