Thank you for the input. My trading partner has more 2013 rares I'm interested in, how many would be okay to add to make it fair?

The website you used won't load for me but-
A 2009 rare is worth 16 2013 rares. Realistically, you probably won't get that much. I STRONGLY suggest you not to trade down a 2009 rare for some 2013 rares.
