Unfair to you. 2013 UCs are worth 2 2014 UCs.

1st trade - Unfair to you, current year store pets are worth a late 10 - early 11 rare each.

2nd trade - theoretically, yes this is fair as a 2016 UC = 4 2018 UC = 2 2018 rares with the 2:1 rule, but not a lot of people like to trade down their rares and I personally wouldn't accept this trade.
