Unfair to them, the rares are fair swaps due to the 3 month rule but a '16 uncommon is worth more than a '19 vc + '20 uncommon

It's either exactly fair, or it's unfair to you. It depends on how you value the liontail & spotted tribal.

The Liontail is hard to determine, but the general consensus for its worth seems to be 2-2.5 nons.
The GWJ is valued at around 1 non.
Spotted tribal: 0.5 nons or less
Cannot find that many recent trades to gage its worth unfortunately.
Pink balloon: 0.5 nons
Their side adds up to 2 nons at most.
