This cat:


Has a light marking at the end of its tail. The dogs also have a light marking on the end of their tails. The same can sort of kind of be said for the ears as well. And those tiny speckles on the cats legs.....there are speckles on the dogs legs too, although they are a bit further up on the dogs legs, though.

i believe this hint was from last year, referring to the fact that the Halloween dogs had something they kept with them all the time, (the balloons) as did Cel's 2018 cat (lizard friend)
