Most of the herds I've been around have been Jersey (my uncle's tiny herd, they were all related and so tame you could hitch a ride back to the shed) or Friesian & KiwiCross (the big dairy herds my parents managed) but my first calf club calf was an Ayrshire named Fairy.
But honestly haven't got a clue what the last one could be. There's not actually that many dairy breeds, most recognisable breeds are beef like Angus, Limousin and Hereford. Cute, but they don't fit the theme when all the others are dairy breeds.
Brown and white doesn't have a split. That belongs to the black and white. So far, we've only had dairy cattle. I had my heart set on seeing a Longhorn, but that's not a dairy cow.

1. I know we've only had dairy cattle. That was literally the point of my last sentence.
2. There is a split, which is still growing.
