Nope. That's a piebald peacock.

No such thing as half-Albino [it is a piebald]. Albino is a lack of pigment, either you have it or you don't [and in that case, all Albinos have pink eyes, NOT blue. If the eyes are blue, then they're just white]. xD

Actually, pieball is exactly the same as "part albino" =3 It's a pure white marking lacking pigment, albinos lack pigment.
Pointed cats are "part albino" too, their cream body is lacking pigment. Blue eyes are caused by lacking pigment too. So you can say they are half-albino, but that term is very incorrect X3

Either way, I sure hope the dogs are based on different peacocks =3 I love peacocks, the blue one is my fave <3

All of the other ones who grew from blankets had a middle stage. So I'd think these probably should too.
