"The" Rares List Guide - Do not ask about new UR's!

As for breaking it into '09 rares, advents, septembers... realistically that could happen. But I think it would be a lot of work! xD I wouldn't mind doing so but maybe a bit down the road. Right now I do have time before I start working full time, so I can break it down like this, and then maybe throughout the summer slowly break it down further? I think I'd need some help for that though FOR SURE. I might drive myself mad. cx I do think it would help though, it would just be tricky/time consuming. But doable. Totally doable.

After you have the whole list broken down, I could probably work out what everything would be. I've already been doing a lot of it when trying to answer question on the FTT, but I was never able to get too in-depth because I didn't know all the gaps. But if I'm correct most of the work would just be adding up what each pet is worth, I could do that, and then it could be looked over by a couple people, unless you want to do it X3 If I did do it I'd probably only need a couple confirmations for advent list pets, to make sure I'm using the right amounts. But if you'd rather get it done yourself thats fine, just thought I'd offer since I've got a little experience in the area and I know your busy X3

Rose PPS - Red X PPS & Peppermint Eared Advent
Red X PPS - Grey Dragon & Grinner or 10 advent dogs

would a red x pps and a peppermint eared advent be needed to get a rose pps, or is it 2 red x pps' and a peppermint eared advent??

sorry if this makes little sense, im having a little trouble figuring this out ;o;

Hekomi? If you never need my help with anything, School Holidays have just hit so I will be on roughly 14 hours on and off - probably more. I'm rather good with math if this helps. ^^ I may not be the best at rarities, but I've traded up and down the lists more times then I can count.

My main concern with doing maths is this (my original post was deleted to prevent confusing others, but Solloby quoted it in that post):

And what's really awkward is that a grinner = 2 mid advents, right? And a blue rose = 3 grinners, yes? So a blue rose should be 6 mid advents... but a blue rose is worth 7 mid advents (this is just one of many posts saying that) ... so shouldn't it be blue rose = 3.5 grinners? xD and also, the tess/lexi cake dogs (a tier down from the blue rose) are 6 mid advents...

This was back in February, so maybe the values have changed, but I think the gist of it is still relevant xD

Perfect question! I knew my logic wouldn't make sense to other people so thank you for pointing it out and I can make it clearer in my post as well [it's worded badly]. It's the value of that pet. So to get a Rose PPS you need a Red X PPS & a Peppermint Eared. But essentially the gap then between the two is a peppermint eared. Does that make sense?

@Nickjr; glad you're here, I was waiting for ya! Some of the gaps don't quite make sense, so I hope with the list it will help make it more solid. But yeah, it would need to be done and have lots of input from as many people as possible. And I'd probably make it like 5-7 or something so it's not just "IT'S WORTH THIS AND THAT'S THAT" if that makes sense?

No problem ^^ I get a bit miffy when it comes to September and Above-gap, but I'm fairly good at Advents and Below-gap when it comes to rarities.

I agree with this, and this is sort of what I was saying earlier. Demand is just going to hype more and more if we move it up, but demand is getting crazy as is.
