Dunno. It may just be a part of a puzzle to solve that becomes clearer over time. The thing is, if Liddi had other clues go unnoticed in the past, would it render the whole puzzle unsolveable? I only recall the binary one.

I lie awake in my pod during the sleep cycle and think about the amazing creatures we might find even in just the shallows of the mega-planet's vast aquatic plains. It makes me restless with excitement.
