Most of the guides are updated over time. The Wikipedia is currently going through the process of being updated.

Are there any CS guides that need to be updated, taken over, or even just guides that don't exist but should? I've helped Burrito Bunny Gather all of the remaining event item coding for the Wiki which will be added eventually and I REALLLY need another project to work on but I want to make sure I'm putting my energy where it's actually needed

You would want to take a look at the individual guides and ask the thread owner if they need help. This is just an index of what other people make (so it's easy to find), so I don't actually have any input on guides that "should" be made, taken over, or are/not up to date, etc. :)
