The UR Foal is worth 1.5 Sorbets + Red-X PPS. The UR Cinnabun doesn't have a set worth yet because it hasn't been placed on the list, and probably won't for a little while. However, people tend to value it around 1-1.5 Nons depending on who you trade.

The UR Peas also don't have a set worth, but people tend to value them around 1-2 Sorbets. I honestly don't know if you'd be able to get both Cerberus for it, as the Cerberus have really high demand so some people might not accept just the UR Peas. But it really all depends on who you trade. (:
