Because it's apparently more uncommon than other outcomes. Many people missed it.

Cause it was just the rarer of the outcomes I guess.
Then when people can't get it, they overpay to get it quicker, and the person cancels, and demands more.

I don't think it's that much rarer, just slightly less common. It's pretty much the same as the CNY cat or the white rabbit, maybe even a little more common.

Cant say that, Ive searched and really few people had one at all, much less an extra. The cat was just in demand, the jester dog is apparently rarer. Not necessary rare, but possible. I missed it too, had to pay a 2010 rare for one.
