No, she means there's a tiny green dot you can hardly see between the eyes and the mouth.

Actually, when she posted it was still a caterpillar and there was a huge green dot on the face

The chest hair is also different--I just noticed that =O (the mane/hair thingy and the tail are quite obvious, so I won't mention 'em here )
