Someone just sent me a trade for my Jewelry Sundog. They didn't add anything on their side.

Their message was: HI i rly like dis pet. dis is fair but i MAY add a 2nd gen. not sure yet. it is not dis rare. its my very very dream plz accept

Do i have to say any more? -sigh-

A 2ND GEN!? OO: OMGGG!!1!

And they must be right, it must be very common because I hardly ever see those. Ayup. Better persuade them for that 2nd Gen, they won't know you'll have the upperhand in that trade! ;D /sarcasm

That's so confusing. xD It's fair...Because there's nothing on their side? Wha?

Them: Nothing. (Message basically: I really want those pets so find something in mine, k?)

Me: Bunch of things in non-trade groups.

Two things were in my freebie group so I gave them one after editing out all the others.. and I tell them politely that things not in trade groups are not for trade.. thus the note that popped up when they sent me a trade that said "I don't trade things in non-Trade groups without discussion by PM generally".

Two minutes later, another trade for one of the things not in a trade group, with "What do you want for this one?"

Me: I do not trade things in non-Trade groups. Like I JUST told you.

*Quietly goes through and locks the non-trade groups* =\

... what part of the first exchange was confusing? I said I wouldn't trade them cause they were not in a trade group. So they send another trade for the SAME thing? REALLY?

I have traded with the person above. It took quite a bit of messaging back and forth, and they did seem to have a problem with the whole "the pets on my wishlist are the only pets I want" concept, but after a bit of annoyance I got a very reasonable trade out of them. It was just a pain in the you know what to finally get them.

hmm... i wonder if anyone has ever come here and ranted about someone not giving them a very rare for two second gens, or not giving them a pet they had two of. it would be entertaining if someone did

Me: Rare '08 dog
Them: Same common 2nd Gen
Sure I wanted the 2nd Gen, but it was a common and mine was a rare. No cancelation messege.

I thought I made it clear in my rules, but apparently people don't read them and ignore the fact that the group is locked. I even made a section in my trade rules that says my apple is never for trade. -_-

Despretation must be the loophole of locked groups.

I remember once when I was a newbie. I was uber new then, but I had Sortics or Sorbets or whatever they're called (They are from '08.... >.<)

I had them all, right? Weeeelllll..... I had alot of other rare pets too, but somehow I ended up trading away half my pet collection for some second gens >.< I am SOOO glad they added the pet rarity under the pet now! :3



Anyways, I came to rant about how some people will send me trades, asking for literally half my collection, in exchange for one uncommon/rare pet of theirs, and they dont even leave a message :/ Now I have started adding people like that to my foes list, if they dont send a message or ask for half my collection >.<
