Is there some average time until when the new pets will evolve to the next stage?

I saw the dogs last month were spread really wide is the same to be expected every month?

It is totally random and varies between each pup/litter. So there's no telling when these pups will grow!
Really excited about the pups with barbed wire/rose vines/whatever on them owo

And thanks for your answers, I just saw 1 month grow up so I was wondering. Also does the duration of growing affect rarity?

I think it's because both pets are from previous Advent Calendars.

I think the barbed wire dogs are the only pets I have been trying to get more of before they grow. O.o And I have been on CS for a while.

I am excited for the rats as well. The last few months the rats have been absolutely gorgeous and elegant. I trust that these will be no different.

No it doesn't affect rarity. When you adopt there is a percentage chance given to receiving each outcome, which is the main determinate of rarity, the smaller the chance the more likely to be rare. The way they measure rarity is by measuring the number of that outcome, and comparing it to the number of members.
