Where was I when the rockets came to life?

I'm never letting --- go, I'm never letting go....

I had admired her for ages, peering in through the cracked, filthy windows of the old factory. It was there she lay, peaceful, calm. Dust had settled quickly on an around her as she lay. The slightest movement would arouse the dirt, causing it to take to the air, showing itself only in the few brave rays of light that managed to shine through the grime windows. The inside was very empty. A few elder machines in disrepair loom over the place where she sleeps, all of them brown and covered in the ever coming dust. A now fine cloud of black graced the walls, seeming to make her sleep more lasting.

It wasn’t always this way.

The summer was the factory’s start at life. Many came to work in a thriving area, and many were helped by it. I watched her then, too, through the new window panes clear as a crystal sky. Birds sang joyful, merry tunes high up in trees, rejoicing the new hope. The building was so new then, beautiful, polished machines covering the floor. People worked quickly, happily then, the warm feelings of summer flowing through them. No dust could ever settle on the floor, for it was always clean and people shuffled by every moment, smiling as they passed. She was beautiful then, her gears working quickly, smoothly.

But as the seasons grew colder, so did life.

Fall moved too quickly towards us, stealing away our joyful summer. The factory started to slump from the more negative feelings spreading, but it remained. Dust covered the corners that no one bothered to touch, people no longer smiled as they passed. I watched her then, through the window that was earning grime and a black tint from smoke, not as easy as summer. Her gears were turning more slowly then. No, it did not mean she was dying, simply that her fatigue was great. Along with her, people worked more slowly, more painfully to strain through work. The machines seemed exasperated now, they had more trouble than in summer, not as slick.

Then winter came.
An explosion shattered through the factory, singeing the dust, wiping out machines, and blowing out all but one window.
Only one died.
They never came back for her, no one ever dared touch that factory.
I still watch her, through the window that never blew away.

"Ugh, a terrible one at that."

They had a problem with his baggy clothes.
"I mean, does he even know the definition of 'gentleman'?"


He was a skater boy,

He wasn't good enough for her.
She had a pretty face,
But her head was up in space.
She needed to come back down to Earth!

Naikota laughed. "Give it a while. She'll come around. Trust me, Sam."
Sam smirked. "Well your situation currently looks grim, bro."
"Currently." Nai repeated. "There is always room for improvement."
"Your relationship with Scarlett surely could use some of that improvement." Sam countered.
"Do you not have faith in me? Name one girl I haven't been able to win over." Nai arched a brow, glancing at him.
"Scarlett."
"She doesn't count. Besides, my list'll be totally clear soon."
"Why do you want her so badly?" Sam questioned, stopping to stand in front of Nai. "She's not your type. We're skaters and soon-to-be rock legends. She's one of those freaking ballerinas in those stupid jewelery boxes." Sam said increduously. "She's nothing like us. What reason or reasons do you have for liking her so much?"
Naikota just smiled. "Don't have any. It's just... A feeling, 'ya know? Like, if you've seen something before and you feel like you just need to talk to them. That's what I feel to Scarlett. I just... I don't know, I feel like I need to be with her. Don't you remember the time you felt the same? With Shaycee?"
Sam nodded with a fond smile. "Yeah, but Shay actually liked me, and still does. Scarlett hates you."
"Au contraire, senior."
"Okay, half of that was French and half of that was Spanish."
Nai laughed. "Whatever. Give it some time, Sam. Have I ever been wrong about a girl yet?"
"Well, no, but I'm sure--"
"You're surely wrong. No offense or anything."
Sam rolled his eyes. "None taken."

The Demon a.k.a Ebony + George (M) + The Angel a.k.a Azul (F)

Have you ever just been walking down the street one day, nothing on your mind but something as small as your next math test, when a Demon shoots out of an alley with his evil minoins and charges for you? No? Just me? Okay. That's nice. Not! Here's my story on the day I was attacked by a Demon, and kissed by an Angel....

Part 1

Walking down the street, my hands in my pockets, my usual bad-boy smirk on my face. It was starting to get dark. I turned the corner, and went into the bad part of town, because that's where I lived. I was only sixteen years old, and could already bring a man down to his knees sobbing with a few simple tricks. Anyways, I looked over my shoulder to make sure that nobody was looking, then quickly trotted down the dark alley to hop over the fence in the way back, where I could just crossed the lot and be home. But I never got that far. My hair stood on end as I realized that it was so quiet! Usally you could hear the rats scittering in the garbage bags in the dumpsters, but now, nothing.

Maybe there's no good garbage today? I thought. I shrugged it off and kept on going. Bad mistake.

Something black whooshed past me, and settled behind the dumpster. I pair of blue eyes stared back at me, along with red and yellow ones. I cursed, turned around and ran for my life. But who was I to outrun death? I fell down to the ground hard as the creatures that he had brought with him crushed me. The creature stood over me, his gaping maw glinting in the little star light there was. He hissed, and I felt something warm and wet on the back of my neck.

" EWW! Disgusting! " I cried as the stench of his drool hit me. I wiggled and struggled as he grinned and showed his sharp fangs.

" Silthea.... craseptu.... devture..." He hissed in my ear. Then he sank his fangs into my shoulder, whipping his head back and forth, tearing my flesh.

I screamed and writhed in agony. Then, even though I was being eaten alive by a Demon, a noticed a bright white light at the end of the alley. It soared over to the Demons and me, and the Demon removed his jaws from my shoulder. He whirled around and snarled at the light as it landed in front of him. The light quickly faded though, revealing a beatiful Angel in it's place. But as the light disappered, I noticed that she wasn't as beatiful as she seemed. Her dress was slightly torn at the ends, she had a ''MOM '' tattoo on her shoulder, and a scar across her face, her tail and arm. Her hair was slightly messy. All and all, she looked like an Angel that had a hard day. She put her hand to her hip and took the other hand and wiggled it back and forth at the Demon.


" No no no Ebony. " She seemed to croon. " I'm afraid you can't eat this one. "

" Feratue... guterae... maisoine...lesonve!? " He hissed angrily.

She rolled her eyes. " English please! "

" Why... must.. you... take... the... boy!? He's.... a... bad... one...! " Ebony said furiously. " And... his... blood... is.... sweet! "

The Angel took a deep breath. " Hey, I don't like this anymore then you do. It's just that I have ben assgined to him, and it's not worth it to let my child die on my watch. So hand him over! " She commanded him.

" But... Azul...! " Ebony seemed to whine.

" Now! "

I felt the weight of the monsters leave my back, and they shoved me across the ground angrily, after one spitting what seemed lik acid on me. The Angel (Azul) picked me up with one hand and blew what seemed lke a handful of baby blue sparkels in my face. Right away, I fell into a deep sleep.
