By rarity it's fair. The cinnabun is on the Aussie tier, and is worth 1 non + 1 sorbet. The other 2 sorbets fill the gap for the bees. By user, it varies if they're willing to take an offer like that because sometimes it's hard to get a nice trade down, even if your pet has good demand (for example, a non is worth 3 sorbets, but I wouldn't know the last time anyone actually traded 3 different sorbets for a non). It is fair, it's just difficult to get a trade down like that sometimes. (:
