The bottom is offering an '12 rare. So their side has to add up to 2 '11 uncommons.
They already have an '11 uncommon on their side. Then I broke it down to about 7 '14 commons.
Every 2 '14 commons are worth an '14 uncommon, so there are roughly 3 '14 uncommons, which is alittle more then an '13 uncommon.

Corrections?

The bottom is not offering a 2012 rare.
I'll explain it like this:
Pet on top = Equivalent on the bottom
2011 UC = 2 2012 UCs
2014 UC & 2 2014 C = 2012 UC
2015 UC & 1 2015 C = 2012 C
3 2015 C = 2012 C

Which just leaves the 2015 Unknown on the other person's side, hence it's unfair to the other person.

With demand, it would still be a huge overtrade because the nick unicorn is an above the gap list and the malk dragon is not enough to fill the gap. I'm not sure about if it's easy to trade off

It's major overpay on their side rarity-wise. As from what I have seen The unicorn doesn't have much demand, so it would be very difficult getting an fair offer. Although, It's up to you if you would take the overpay. (They are overpaying approx an spotted tribal.) ^^
