I'm very curious to see this one grow, since I thought it would be Yagmur's, but since they've claimed their pupper, this pal could be anything

Going to make a guess on the bandana pup and say maybe Bernouli??

Bernouli has already confirmed their pups name is Deku, and Deku is a Japanese/Asian name*

1. Blue will be the main color of the dog and it will not be food/drink related
Not sure if you could consider it the main colour but it does have quite a lot of blue on it

2. TruBlue: "Ooh I’d love to see a cherry blossom pup!" Bernouli Replied with: ":3c"
It has what looks like a cherry blossom behind its ear, and cherry blossoms are Asian, matching in with the Asian clues*

4. Both ears of outcome are floppy
I guess they could be described as floppy?

5. Does not have blue, green, or purple eyes
Simple, the eyes aren't those colours they're red.

6. Normal amount of stages
Again, simple. The normal amount of stages go:
Newborn --> Pup --> Fullgrown
and that's the path this pup followed.

7. Puppy has an unedited tail.
Pup didn't have an edited tail

8. Adult stage has nothing protruding from its back
Nothing is protruding from its back boom

I haven't had the best luck with guessing in the past but here goes nothing :')

The bandana pup is drawn in Coalchaser's art style. You'll get what I mean if you look at their Oekaki gallery/DeviantART! (the biggest similarity is the ear style!)

That pup isn't Bernoulli's style. I'm also leaning towards Coalchaser as well for it.

If you're referring to the old post of Jayfrost's with this pup saying something along the lines of "my pup", that was posted before the outcome had grown into its second stage meaning Jay wasn't talking about the outcome itself. This pup is still unclaimed <3
