They are offering 3 09 rares worth + some uncommons and newer rares not mentioned because they don’t add up to much
Both of your dogs are worth 2 ‘09 rares and 1 ‘10 rare each as they are from Nov 2008. They need to add about 2 ‘09 rares to be fair rarity wise.

Personal opinion here: Demand wise you could get way more. (I personally demand value those dogs at 3-4 ‘09 rares each as that is what I personally would be willing to pay for them. Others may not, that so, demand is not set for them.)

If you accept you’d be able to possibly swap the grapes for a sorbet dog but that’s only someone is willing to work out that trade with you. They have very low demand so in that respect I would say the trades unfair to you. Rarity wise it’s unfair to them though.
