I would say that is as good as fair. A current store pet is worth a mid-2010 rare because those are both worth 20C$. That dog you have there is worth 25C$, so the store pet together with the C$ makes up for a quite fair trade. The uncommons is maybe not needed, I'd say.

It might be unfair to you, since the rare on your side is a December 18th pet, it could be old. Or not, I don't know.
