I had a weird trade today:

Their side:
-Blue and Grey Shadow Horses
-Two Reindeer Rats
-Green Ornament Dog
-11 Lions
-2 Snow Cats
-2 Non-Malk Dragons
-Snow Cat and Snow Dog
-7 Non-PPS Dogs
-5 Lights Dogs
-2 Bunnies
-8 other Advent Cats
and 1 Re-released Pet I already have

My side:
-My Rose PPS

Their Message:
UMM i know i have no hope but.. had to try...

Ehem .... looool.okay.
After (s)he sent it, (s)he cancelled it.

So, after days of searching and bidding, I finally won my UR dog. I certainly over-payed, but I'm happy.
I put her in her own little group, and left it unlocked.
Because while, it cost me a lot of my spare rares, if someone offers me something I can't refuse, I'm going to take it.

So anyway, this really wasn't a trade, but ehh.
Literally before I realised that the trade for the dog had gone through, I get a PM.
The person has the picture of the dog with my name on it, and asks if I'd trade her.
Out of curiosity, I look through their pets, find that I need nothing, not to mention, they don't have anything remotely worth the dog.

I send a polite message back stating that I had -just- won that dog in an auction, and wasn't aware of the trade having even gone through until I got this PM. But that the dog was not for trade, that I looked through their pets, and even if it was, they had nothing I needed/was interested in.

Not even 5 minutes later I get another PM from them, it states, and I quote:

WHY DO YOU HAVE TO BE SO RUDE! I WAS JUST ASKING. YOU ARE SUCH A MEAN PERSON. NO WONDER NO ONE TRADES WITH YOU. YOUR PETS SUCK. LOSER.
*insert horrible spelling/grammar/punctuation*

I sat there for a moment, and just blinked.
I replied that I'm glad my pets 'suck', that way no one will want them. However, I must have at least one worthy pet, seeing how you wanted her so bad.
I also informed her that some proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation are her best friends.
I also pointed out that if no one traded with me, how come I had all of these pets from all kinds of different people. >.>

People are just crazy.
N00bs are getting worse and worse.
And I thought last christmas was bad...:/

that is a pretty horrible trade


I didnt really get a baad trade just a very persistant player who wouldnt give up on wanting my store pets for two uncommon dogs from about 2/3 months ago. I got the classic im trading as you have 2...but perhaps they just hadnt seen them in the store...

What amuses me is when I go to my trade center to see what 1 new trade I have, and that new trade is a crappy trade or a begging trade, and it's already cancelled.

My crappy trades are spontaneously aborting themselves!! XD

(I know that in actuality that the trader is cancelling the trade themselves, or that it's cancelled due to a moved pet, but that just takes all the humor out of it!)

So someone has a trade center, trade one for one, and I offer em a Malk wolf for a copper dragon. So they edit the trade and send it back...
Same copper dragon,for one of my whites... with the message: could i have this one instead? i was thinking because you have two...
my reply: lol only if you have another 32 rares to add to it cos that's what i've been offered IF I'm trading it, which my rules state I'm not *Cancelled*

My trade rules clearly state the whites aren't for trade!

Keep in mind that when you edit a trade back, you don't see the other person's rules. Unless that's changed...

Keep in mind that when you edit a trade back, you don't see the other person's rules. Unless that's changed...

Ah but how long does it take to open up a new tab with that person and check through their trades. I know I do that!
And they did resend the copper for another pet, so all is good. it just made me lol

If someone edit a trade you sent them, they won't see your trade message..

oh well, it's not a rant about someone else starting a stupid trade but about me being just too stupid to cancel I just got a trade which was open to edit, so nothing on their side so far... but i should look through their groups and stuff. I didn't want to trade it away so I wrote a polite message saying this pet wasn't for trade, etc... and hit the "accept" button... although it wasn't that rare or something, it quite bugs me how stupid I can be
