Oh, shoot, here comes the nostalgia. xD
I miss the brown layout so much. Unfortunately, my memories of seeing it are rather vague; I mean, it's been almost four years! I remember the old Archive a lot, though.

My favourite layout was the 2nd one. I like it a lot more than the one we have now; I preferred having the Forums separate from the actual website, but it is what it is x3

Oh my word. I remember the beige layout! I was actually thinking about it the other day. xD I can't believe how long it's been. o.o I mean, does anyone remember the terrible lag from the beige layout? I remember it would take me about an hour to adopt all the pets and I'd have multiple windows open while adopting them all (before you could adopt them all in a bulk). I unfortunately missed the Nick one (and the CS war), but I've experienced all the other ones for myself. c:

I don't actually remember having lag - that started when the site got much bigger before we moved to a new server.

Adopting them one by one was painful .______.

Question - How many of you were around 1) before pets were bound to your account and 2) before the trading/transferring system was added? (for those of you who don't know, for a while before we had a formal trade interface all you could do was transfer pets and hope the other person was honest)

I wasn't around before pets were bound to your account, but I think I was around before the trading system was added. I faintly remember something like it. It's fuzzy, though, so I'm not sure.

I remember the lag. It was horrible, it took SO long for pages to load. XD It was such a relieve to get the fast server during the Easter event and then later permanently =3

And I joined in January 09 so accounts and trading was already added^^

Yay, the lag wasn't just me. xD I remember getting so frustrated and angry at my computer because of it. And with the limit of only being able to adopt one pet at once rather than in bulk like I mentioned before...*cringes*
